The conversations between Dan Winkler and Kay Farese Turner has gone beyond tense and are now combative.
Even the judge smirked during one of their exchanges.
The two are now going over withdrawals from the funds. $100,000 legal fees, $400 for groceries, a cashier check to Mary For Patricia's social security and $167 to Mary for August money. Same goes for each child.

what time will they be back from lunch? and can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell the audio guy on the live feed to fix their problems??? no problem with attorney's voice (although not great), but you can't even understand the witness or the judge...........
Agreed - this is not going very well for those of us trying to follow along. The audio is bad on both Memphis news stations carrying the live coverage and neither of their bloggers are giving us the details (ie, questions and answers, objections, etc.). The news stories are lite as well. Sigh...
this is so horrible. she killed their son and now wants the money dan winkler's church set up to take care of the kids for dan and diane winkler. i'm sure the church members didn't want mary winkler to have it!!! how brazen can you be? she will probably get every bit of what she's wanting, she is a cold blooded killer that got away with murder and now she's gonna get by with robbery!
Well, we MIGHT be able to decide if this case is warranted IF this blogger and the twitter from channel 5 WOULD DO THEIR JOB AND REPORT. Now the audio is completely shot...TERRIBLE coverage Memphis!!
