Winklers accrued more than $98,000 in attorney fees. Money from the disputed account was used to pay those bills.

Hearing the account may only have $11,000 left in it at this time.

Not expecting any testimony today, simply going over documents

They apparently got ripped off. The lawyers for Dan & Diane are pathetic. In my opinion they should give back every dime of their fees because they obviously overcharged. This is a simple case that should have lasted only one day. No money was misused. It doesn't belong to the girls or Mary.
