Mary is talking about the psychological treatment she has received since the murder. Mary says she lived in a group home and twice a week she would go to off property treatment. She also saw a psychiatrist twice a month and worked with a case worker.

Winkler says she is confident and competent to have custody of her children and she hopes the two families can come together. Mary would like to have the girls from Friday night to Sunday night.
