An attorney for the Winkler's (Jake Adams Jr.) is now cross examining Mary.
Adams says Mary made no decisions without Matthew's opinion. He's now talking about the murder and that Mary suffers from post traumatic stress disorder.
Winkler says she is doing well these days, has received treatment and is taking medication. Mary says she feels she is competent to watch over her children.
At times, the questions Adams Jr. is asking are almost funny.
