Mary Winkler said she was denied access to the children on birthdays and Christmas.
Winkler suspected the mail and packages she was sending to the girls were not reaching them. She says Dan Winkler (Matthew's father) told Mary he and his wife would decide what the kids would and would not receive.


Mary said one time Patricia got on the phone and was fine for a minute but then broke down crying. Dan supposedly told Mary that Patricia was mad at her mother and that she was seeing a counselor.

Mary is now looking at cell phone records. I assume this is to prove that she did in-fact have contact with the girls and did continue to try and have contact even when phone calls were not answered.
