Judge Ron Harmon decided he needs more time and info before he makes a decision.
Harmon wants more legal documents about how monies were used.
The judge said he does believe the majority of money was given for use by and for the Winkler children while some was given specifically to Dan Dianne Winkler.

Ron Harmon is sleaze just like the Faresses' he defended the sorriest people who ever walked when he was a lawyer.
Killer Mary has put these poor people through more than anyone should ever have to endure.
All she cares about is money. That's why she killed and she just keeps on keeping on. She should get a job just like the rest of the world.
Mary Winkler is a wonderful example for her daughters. How to get away with murder, how to live well without working, how to blame everyone else for your problems.
The daughters should fare well with her as an example.
If Ron Harmon wasn't gay I'd think that Mary was giving him a little.
I wonder at what point will Mary be happy and satisfied? She murdered the Winklers son's physical body, she murdered his memory and now she want to slaughter his parents good name.
It doesn't seem like she will ever have to answer for anything in this world but there will be a time when she will answer for all of it.

Th Farese clan are GREAT lawyers!!! How else can you explain a MURDER getting off basically free and now what she is doing to his parents.
I wonder how the girls are doing. Why doesn't a reporter, if he/she cares, check and see if they are doing well in school and are doing okay emotionally with Mary taking care of them?

Killer Mary is a money grubbing witch. The people gave the money to Dan and Diane and Ron Harmon knows this but is disregarding the testimony and depositions of the people who gave the money.
