Monday (6/22/2009) Mary Winkler and her in-laws will go before a judge in Huntingdon, TN. Numerous documents will be unsealed as Mary Winkler tries to get control of a trust fund set up for her childrene.

I THINK THE MONEY SHOULD GO TO MARY TO TAKE CARE OF THE CHILDREN. I REALIZE SHE SHOOT HER HUSBAND,MATTHEW, BUT I LIVED IN AN ABUSIVE MARRIAGE AND SHE MIGHT NOT HAD ANY OTHER OPTION, BUT TO DEFEND HERSELF. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT GOES ON BEHIND CLOSED DOES, IN SOMEONE ELSES HOME.
It is blood money. There is no evidence she was abused. Keep her paws off the money and let the children have it when they become of age.
Mary needs to quit looking for easy handouts.
