I just heard on the 6 p.m. news that a question was raised as to why Winkler was an unfit parent.......How about because she shot the father of her children?
I believe she did what she had to do to protect her children. I'm sure Mary will get visitation and in the future Custody. The kids need both sides of their family including their mother and the winklers. I don't believe the Winklers have the right to keep the children from Mary or any of Mary's family.
Oh My God!! This woman has proved herself to be a liar (see blog about boyfriend) and a murderer, why should she have these children back? Unplugging the phone to prevent help being called and shooting a man in the back is not the kind of person I would want any children around. I know plenty of women who have been abused unfortunately and I do not know one who was abused who NEVER left the man at least one time, did Mary? No, she didn't instead she shot him in the back. And if she was abused she got over it awful quick and hooked up with another man? Who does that when they came out of an abusive relationship? Maybe a liar and a murderer does. No child should be left with her and it is a crime that she got away with murder! shame on the jury! Shame shame shame!
