An attorney for the Winkler family is now cross examining Dr. Lynne Zaeger.
The attorney is asking Zaeger what could trigger episodes where Winkler doesn't know what's going on or what she has done. This is what Zaeger says happened when Winkler shot and killed her husband. Zaeger admits you cannot predict whether someone will or will not ever have one of the episodes again.

NO, everyone doesn't have PTSD, like Mary does.
Not everyone has PTSD but experts will say anyone can "snap" under the right circumstances. However when you've alredy "snapped" then there is even more concern it will happen again.

Yeah, I agree, she might "snap" again. If she marries another abuser like the first one, she might just do that.
Half of our Military Solders have PTSD, so they could SNAP at anytime too? Just about all of the Solders returning from Iraq have been Dx. with PTSD!! It seems PTSD is very treatable. With proper Medicine.

I'm sorry Mary wasn't found guilty of Murder but instead Voluntary Manslaughter; which is not uncommon in cases involving Abuse.
